Leila Pedersen founded Triangle Solutions Consulting to support public and social sector clients in achieving meaningful results and sustainable impact.

Before founding Triangle Solutions, Leila spent over a decade leading economic and social impact initiatives for public, private, and nonprofit organizations - from national think tanks to community groups. Her work managing campaigns, passing landmark legislation, publishing research, and directing public and philanthropic funding was featured in the Washington Post, the San Francisco Chronicle, the News & Observer, and more.

Originally from Austin, Texas, Leila earned an Executive Master's in Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. She moved to Raleigh, North Carolina to be closer to family and currently serves as the City of Raleigh's i-team director through the Bloomberg American Sustainable Cities initiative.
